Vinegar & Baking Soda Foot Soak

May help with the following:

  • foot odor

  • athlete’s foot

  • warts

  • May soothe sore feet muscles

  • Callus treatment

  • Heal dry skin

  • Help with of toenail fungus

  • May remove warts

  • Removal of cracked skin on heels

Make a vinegar foot soak:

  1. In a basin, add a cup of apple cider vinegar and some water – 2 parts of water to 1 part vinegar

  2. You can add a few drops of lavender essential oil, if you wish

  3. Soak your feet for around 15 minutes.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and soak for another 5 minutes or so


Use whatever brand of vinegar & baking soda that you choose.


After soaking feet, rub your feet with a mixture of Coconut Oil and a few drops of Lemon Grass Essential Oil.

  • May calm and reduce inflammation

  • May revitalize tired feet

  • May help reduce swollen tissues


Vinegar is mostly safe when used in moderation. It is possible for vinegar to irritate already inflamed skin or wounds. People who have diabetes should avoid using vinegar for foot problems.
