Homemade Skin Cream

Topical products can be used for treatment of common skin problems. Many topical products are available (OTC) over the counter or prescription.

Below is a homemade antibacterial cream that may prove useful.

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon coconut oil

1 Tablespoon olive, or sweet almond Oil

2 Tablespoons of Beeswax pellets

5 Drops Lemon or Lemongrass essential oil

9 Drops Lavender essential oil

6 Drops Frankincense essential oil

4 Drops Tea Tree essential oil

Using a double boiler, add and melt coconut oil, olive oil, and beeswax until liquified. Add in the essential oils. Mix and pour into a small glass container. Cool before using.
