Black seed oil or black cumin oil has a long holistic and culinary history.

Black Side Oil Uses -

  • toasted and sprinkled on flatbreads like naan

  • toasted and sprinkled over bagels or biscuits

  • added to soups, curries, and stir-fries

  • grinding them and mixing them with other seasonings like mustard, fennel, and cumin seeds

  • a mixture of coconut oil and black seed oil may promote hair growth

How to Use

For topical uses, black seed oil can be massaged onto the skin.

Black seed oil can be consumed in either capsule or liquid form. - For liquid form, take 1 tsp per day

Due to its strong flavor, you may want to mix the oil with honey or lemon juice before ingesting.
