  1. Water

  2. Chicken broth with vegetables

  3. Horseradish: mix some horseradish with lemon

  4. Ginger: ginger tea and add raw honey

  5. Garlic and onions

  6. Vitamin C rich foods and supplements: citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruit, and berries / other fruits such as tomatoes, apples and pears

  7. Fish

  8. Tart cherries

  9. Turmeric spice

  10. Avocados

  11. Beans

  12. Red bell peppers
