Herbal Remedies for Allergies

Symptoms caused by allergies vary from person to person, depending on what’s causing the allergic reaction, and will vary depending on how severe the allergy is.

Doing these things may help with your allergies.

  1. Eat Local Raw Honey (Bee Pollen) for your area – Add 1 Tbsp. to glass of Apple Cider Vinegar water

  2. Add Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) to water and drink – 1 Tbsp. to a glass of water (12 oz.)

  3. Use a Netti Pot or Sinus Rinse

  4. Take Stinging Nettle capsules

  5. Take Probiotics capsules

  6. Eat an Anti-Inflammatory, Alkaline Diet - add items below to your diet:

  • Garlic

  • Lemons - Drink lemon water throughout the day Mix the juice of one or two lemons or limes with olive oil for a salad dressing

  • Green leafy vegetables

  • Probiotic-rich foods - Examples include kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, natto, yogurt, raw cheese, miso and kombucha.

  • Bone broth

  • Coconut milk

  • Almond butter & seeds

  • Gluten-free flours/grains
