Revised: Since one of the many apple cider vinegar benefits is that it's high in potassium, the home remedy suggestion is mixing 1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of raw honey into a glass of warm water and drink to relieve nighttime leg cramps.

The health-boosting effect of ACV and honey is due to their natural antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties.

Benefits of this drink. (Use a large glass of warm water - larger than an 8 oz size)

  • Improves joint health and alleviates joint pain

  • Can help with arthritis pain and other acute and chronic inflammatory condition

  • Lowers blood pressure

  • Reduce your risk of coronary heart disease (But don’t use if you are taking any kind of Heart Medication)

  • Reduces blood sugar levels (But don’t use if you are on Diabetes Medicine)

  • Improves skin conditions
